App & Downloads

The Tracksino app is available directly from Download Page available for download. Android users can install the app by downloading the APK file directly. iOS users can get it from the App Store or add it to their home screen as a web app.

To install an APK on Android, you'll need to enable "Install from unknown sources" — go to Settings → Security → allow installation from unknown apps. Then tap the downloaded APK file to install. If you run into issues, delete the file and download it again.

When a new version is available, you'll get a notification inside the app. Just tap "Update" and the latest version will download and install automatically. Android APK users can Download Page to manually download the latest version.

First, fully close the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, restart your phone. Clear the cache by going to Settings → Apps → Tracksino → Clear Cache. Make sure you're using the latest version. If the issue continues, contact support@tracksino.ws.
